Mr. Cook, a member of the Japan Numismatic Dealers Association, has lived in Japan for more than 40 years and has 30 years experience with the Japanese collectibles market. Prior to forming Arrow International he was employed for 8 years by Olympic Coin Gallery, one of Japan's earliest major numismatic companies. During the height of Japan's sport card boom Arrow International owned and operated 'theBallpark ', at the time one of Japan's largest retail sports card shops. arrowtokyo , has been involved with the online auction business in Japan for some time, conducting coin, sports cards and memorabilia auctions on the Japanese language auction network Yahoo Japan.
